Andrew Marr supports IDE-UK Appeal on Radio 4
IDE is privileged to have the continuing support of the BBC and Andrew Marr (pictured above with IDE-UK’s Chief Executive Lewis Temple), for an appeal on Radio 4.
Tune in at Sunday 14th November 07:55 and 21:26 / Thursday 18th November 15:27 to hear Andrew Marr present the IDE-UK Radio 4 Appeal. Following the success of our appeal by Andrew Marr in 2007, which raised over £30,000, we are honoured to have his continued support for our work. We look forward to convincing even more Radio 4 listeners to support our work.
During the appeal, Andrew Marr will be telling the story of Busu, a poor farmer living in Ethiopia with her four children. If you want to find out how Busu went from struggling to feed her children to increasing their income fourfold with the IDE treadle pump, listen to the BBC Radio 4 appeal.
